We prioritize your digital privacy and believe in providing a straightforward process should you decide to delete your account with us. Here’s how you can delete your Coupled account and what happens with your data afterward.
Step 1: Open the Coupled app
Begin by launching the Coupled app on your device. Look for our developer name, Vanilla b.v., which is displayed on the app’s store listing to ensure you are accessing the correct app.
Step 2: Log In
Log in to your account using your credentials. If you’ve forgotten your password, follow the password recovery options to regain access to your account.
Step 3: Access Settings
Once logged in, go to your profile and tap on the Settings icon, which can be found on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 4: Navigate to “About You”
In the Settings menu, click on the option labeled “About You”.
Step 5: Delete Your Account
At the bottom of the “About You” section, you’ll find the option for “Delete Account”. Press on it and follow the on-screen instructions to delete your account.
Data Retention Information:
Upon deleting your account, all your personal data is permanently removed, with no additional retention period. This includes your profile information, messages, and game sessions.
